About Morah Shoshanah
Known to thousands of students and parents simply as Morah Shoshanah, Susie Meyersdorf is a creative, talented and experienced educator with 30 years' experience.
Morah Shoshanah is an English-Hebrew bilingual teacher with K-8 New Jersey certification, Orton-Gillingham certification, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a K-12 principal certification CE in New Jersey. A native New Yorker, she earned her BA at Brooklyn College, her MAEdL at Thomas Edison State College and attended Michlalah Jerusalem College for Women in Israel.
Her teaching range is vast with an expertise in teaching elementary school aged-children a dual Judaic-General Studies curriculum along with Modern Hebrew and Chumash and Navi for all ages. She is an outstanding master educator; her middot tovot and playful disposition draw students to her. In addition, Morah Shoshanah has also taught adult education classes for over two decades.
Morah Shoshanah is soft-spoken, has lots of patience and loves teaching through games and humor. She is beloved by students and parents alike. So whether it is Math, English Language Arts, Hebrew, Kriah or Limudei Kodesh, your child – or any adult wishing to learn Hebrew and Tanach– does not have to miss out on learning whether due to the pandemic or any other reason.
